Fire hits Emu Plains pizza shop

A SUSPICIOUS fire damaged Sopranos pizza shop on the Great Western Highway, Emu Plains this morning.

Police said that shortly before the fire started, someone, or some people, went to the back of the store at about 5am.

Firefighters rushed to the scene and extinguished the blaze, which caused a small amount of damage.

Police said they wanted to talk to anyone who may have been near the Great Western Highway, Railway Row or Billington Place in Emu Plains, at about 5am.
