17 Nov, 2009 11:20 AM
A young man had his vehicle confiscated and will face court next month after he was caught doing burnouts on November 14. At about 12.15am police were patrolling Parker Street Penrith when they saw smoke. They followed a pink Holden Commodore in Tent Street and saw a young male doing burnouts in the street, leaving a 15 metre trail of black rubber. Police confiscated the car and had the male in custody overnight. He will face Penrith Local Court on December 7.
