These photos were taken by junior rowers from the Nepean Rowing Club who competed in the NSW Schoolboys Head Of the River Regatta (Sunday) and the Sydney Rowing Club Regatta (Saturday) at the Sydney International Regatta Centre.
The photos in the boat are of Matt Madden, Nepean Rowing Club, Year 12, St Pauls Grammar who placed 7th overall in the Championship Schoolboys Single Scull (photo taken using a GoPro camera attached to the boat).
Nepean Rowing Club rowers, Joel Salter (Wycliffe Christian School) , Daniel Madden (St Columba's) and Campbell Beer (St Pauls Grammar) placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Year 8 Schoolboys Single Scull.
The early morning starts give plenty of opportunities for our local rowers to capture the delights and moods of the Sydney International Regatta Centre (and to enjoy the bucketing rain on Saturday!!)
