Celebrate parks
Yellomundee Regional Park, near Penrith, will come alive for Parks Week.
On Sunday, March 3, there will be a fishing competition, kayaking and other free activities to celebrate the open recreational spaces.

The first homes at Thornton, north of Penrith station, are on sale this week.
Thornton, masterplanned by Landcom, will include 1000 homes with a range of options.

Queens for a day
Women with Altitude will host a Queens for a Day event at Penrith Cricket Club for International Women's Day, March 8, 10am-noon. Tickets are $35 each.
