FIRST National Real Estate chief executive Ray Ellis visited Penrith recently to celebrate First National Stanton & Taylor's 30th anniversary with the network.
Mr Ellis said Stanton & Taylor represented the ideal estate agency, having maintained the traditions of a family business while growing and evolving with the times.
"Stanton & Taylor have been operating in Penrith for more than 53 years. In that time the real estate practice has changed completely along with the rise of technology," he said.
"But the brand has maintained a personal edge throughout that transition."
First National Stanton & Taylor principal, Greg Taylor said: "We are excited about the future particularly now as investors are returning to the market property prices are improving."
