PENRITH Valley Seniors Centre is celebrating its 30th anniversary next Wednesday, March 20, with entertainment, information and fun, starting at 8.30am with a Heart Moves demonstration followed by the official opening by Penrith City mayor Mark Davies.
There will be plenty of refreshments available and activities for everyone as well as international dancing and gentle exercise with a personal trainer.
Joan Sutherland senior choir will also perform, followed by a game of bingo. The entertainment line-up includes Sing Australia followed by some old time/new vogue dancing.
The Penrith Valley Seniors computing club will host its open day from 9.30am to 3pm and there will be craft displays and an activities room.
