VIDEO: Rowers from around the world to compete in Penrith

International and Olympic rowers have flocked to Penrith for the Sydney International Rowing Regatta, held this week and World Rowing Cup, to be held on the weekend.

The Estonian team, Kaspar Taimsoo and Allar Raja, said they have been making the most of their first time in Sydney.

But it hasn’t been all about sight-seeing for the Olympians who have been training hard on the Nepean River and despite having to adjust to the hot conditions, they are confident they will race well.

The duo said they look forward to competing at the Regatta Centre in Penrith and hope to see local rowers race during the regatta.
