Description of East Ward boundaries:
Commencing at the intersection of South Creek and the Great Western Highway and bounded generally on the north by the centreline of the aforesaid highway and its prolongation to its intersection with the centreline of O'Connell Street, thence in a generally southerly direction by the centrelines of O'Connell Street, Caddens Road, Bringelly Road, and The Northern Road to its intersection with the M4 Motorway. Thence in an easterly direction along the centreline of the aforementioned motorway to its intersection with South Creek thence in a southerly direction by that creek to its intersection with the southern boundary of the City of Penrith at Elizabeth Drive thence in an easterly and northerly direction by the aforesaid City Boundary to its intersection with South Creek thence in a southerly direction by that creek to the point of commencement at the Great Western Highway.
