South Ward Description:
Commencing at the intersection of the Great Western Highway and O'Connell Street and bounded on the north by the centreline of the aforesaid highway and its prolongation to its intersection with Parker Street, thence north to the Main Western Railway Line, thence in a westerly direction by that railway line to its intersection with Old Bathurst Road thence generally in an easterly direction by the centreline of the aforesaid road to its intersection with the centreline of the Great Western Highway, thence in a generally westerly direction by the aforesaid centreline to the western boundary of the City of Penrith. Bounded then on the west and south by the aforesaid City Boundary to its intersection with South Creek. Bounded then on the east by the aforesaid creek, in a northerly direction to its intersection with the M4 Motorway thence in a westerly direction along the centreline of the aforesaid motorway to its intersection with The Northern Road, thence in a generally northerly direction along the centrelines of The Northern Road, Bringelly Road, Caddens Road, and O'Connell Street, to the point of commencement.
