More than 400 saints and sinners from St Marys and Penrith, will be flocking together to raise money for the Cancer Council tonight.
St Marys Rugby League Club will hold it’s annual girls night in, and the theme for this year’s event will be saints and sinners.
There will be a range of activities and entertainment including a show from a male entertainer, a burlesque performance, prizes for the best dressed, raffles and games.
There will also be a performance from the all girl band; the Frocks.
Women will also be able to pamper themselves to five-minute massages and hand treatments.
Promotions and marketing co-ordinator Ms Karen Robinson said it was important to raise awareness and support health conditions that have affected community members.
‘‘As a club we are very community minded, it’s a way of giving back and supporting the community, we like to raise awareness of health issues that affect different members,’’ she said.
‘‘It’s just a great way for community members and visitors to get together for a really good cause.
‘‘It’s grown from strength to strength, word is getting out that it’s a good fun night and everyone has a great time.’’
All proceeds raised at the event will go towards to Cancer Council.
