It is emotional for both employer and employee and a poor termination can expose the business to claims of unfair dismissal.
Dr Stephen Treloar from Coaching and Mentoring Australia will cover timing, redundancy and unfair dismissal at a seminar later this month.
Details: October 30, 10am-noon, Penrith BEC Training Room, Suite 1, Level 1, 111 Henry Street, Penrith. Cost $40.
